Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, on Pro, from Settings. Your card is charged $190 that day, less credit for the days of the month you have already paid for, and the plan then renews once a year. Team is available monthly or yearly when you start the plan.
Who charges me, and can I get an invoice for my company?
Payments go through Polar, which is the legal seller and handles any tax. Its customer portal has a PDF invoice and a receipt for every payment, and lets you add a company name, VAT number or billing address.
Can I cancel, and what happens if I do?
Cancel yourself from Settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Payments already made are not refunded.
Do my readers need an account, or pay anything?
No. On every plan, readers open your link in their browser with no account and nothing to install, and they never pay.
What does Enterprise add over Team?
Team is a tool you buy with a card. Enterprise is the version your IT and procurement can sign. It adds:

- A yearly invoice and purchase order
- Help with your security review
- A named contact who answers within two business days
- Set-up, with your existing pages moved in
