Teams

Your company’s web pages, in one place.

Everyone keeps sending the way they do today. You see all of it: who sent what, who opened it, and which parts they read.

It is $59 a month for up to 3 senders, or $590 a year. Each extra sender is $15 a month, however you pay, up to 20 senders. Prices are before tax. Readers are always free. A whole company? See Enterprise.

What an admin sees.

Every colleague’s documents and links, who opened each one, and how long they spent on each section. Download all of it as a CSV file.

Documents a colleague made before joining are shown too, except any that belong to a team they were on before. They are labelled “Made before joining”, stay the colleague’s own, and leave with them if they leave.

One bill3 senders · $59 a month

An example team of five. Choose a colleague to see what they sent and who read it. Example data.

Work sent through the team stays with the company.

When someone leaves, the documents they created while on the team stay visible to you, and you can switch those links off.

How to set it up.

  1. Start the team.

It is $59 a month for up to 3 senders, or $590 a year. Each extra sender is $15 a month, however you pay, up to 20 senders. Choose how many senders, yourself included, and pay by card. It takes a few minutes and there is no call to book.

  2. Invite your colleagues.

You invite each person by e-mail. Before they join, they are told what you will see.

  3. They publish as they do today.

Upload a file, paste a link to a page you host, or ask Claude. Every document and who opened it appears in your team view.

Does everyone need an HTMLRadar account first?

No. You invite colleagues by e-mail from the Team page, and each one signs in with the invited address, by an e-mail link or with Google if that address is a Google account; signing in creates the account if there is none. The invitation is valid for 14 days. The people who read your documents never need an account.

We’re already on Pro. Do we need to do anything?

If you pay for Pro yourself, write to hello@htmlradar.com and we’ll move you to Team and sort out what you’ve already paid. A colleague who already pays for Pro should cancel their personal plan in Settings once your paid Team plan covers them, so they do not keep paying for both.

How is the number of senders counted, and is the payer included?

It is $59 a month for up to 3 senders, or $590 a year. Each extra sender is $15 a month, however you pay, up to 20 senders. The payer is included. Team is for one team of up to 20 senders. A company rolling it out to everyone needs Enterprise. You invite colleagues by e-mail from the Team page. Adding people works at once and is charged only for the rest of the current billing period, using the prices on your own subscription. Lowering the number takes effect at your next renewal.

How do I bring in what we already made?

Once a colleague joins, you already see what they made before. To hand a document to the company, the person who made it opens it and presses Move to team at the foot of its page; its links keep working, readers notice nothing, and the move cannot be undone.

Who bills us?

Polar, the legal seller, charges your card monthly or yearly, as you choose when starting the plan, and handles any tax. Its customer portal gives a PDF invoice and receipt for every payment, with your company name, VAT number or billing address.

Can we keep our links inside the company?

Yes, as a team rule or link by link. Turn on the e-mail gate limited to your company’s domains together with the one-time code sent to the reader’s inbox. The domain rule alone accepts any address a reader types; the code proves they can open that inbox. What is recorded, and never recorded, is set out on Security and data.

What do our readers see?

The page itself, on a link. If the link is gated they enter their e-mail address first, and a one-time code too if you turned that on. Readers need no account and nothing to install, and there is no “Sent with HTMLRadar” line, because everyone on the team has everything in Pro.

What happens when someone leaves, or if we cancel?

Remove them from the Team page and they lose the company-paid Pro straight away; the documents they made on the team stay visible to you. The person who left can no longer open, replace or delete them, and you can hand them to a colleague. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, you can resume it before then, and there is no refund for the current period. When it ends, everyone loses the company-paid Pro and no one new can join, but you keep the admin view until you close the team. Closing it gives everyone full control of their own documents again and cannot be undone.

What is not included?

No single sign-on, no certifications, no shared editing, and no support agreement or promised response time. An admin can change a colleague’s link settings but cannot replace or delete the document without first handing it to themselves.

One place for all your company’s web pages.

It is $59 a month for up to 3 senders, or $590 a year. Each extra sender is $15 a month, however you pay, up to 20 senders. Prices are before tax.
